  • Prevention and treatment of thrombosis in patients with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT)
  • Prophylaxis of thrombosis in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with HIT or at risk of HIT
  • Treatment of thrombosis in patients with or at risk of HIT

  • Active bleeding
  • Severe hepatic impairment
