Mechanism of Action:Inhibits microtubule formation in helminths, leading to impaired glucose uptake and depletion of glycogen stores, ultimately causing death of the parasite.
Use:
  • Treatment of intestinal nematode infections such as roundworm, whipworm, and hookworm
  • Treatment of pinworm infection
  • Treatment of hydatid disease caused by tapeworms
